PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Eligibility
Open to participants from public and private institutions, industry, research organizations, professionals, and international participants.
Team Size
Individual or group. Each team may consist of a maximum of 5 members including supervisor/leader.
Language Requirement
All submissions and presentations can be in English or Malay. Both languages will be evaluated using the same evaluation criteria and standards.

The presentation video must be 3 to 5 minutes in duration.
The IGNITE logo must be clearly displayed throughout the video or included appropriately as part of the opening or closing sequence.
The video should be clear, well-organized, and professionally presented.
The presentation must cover the following critical sections:
Background Problem Statement Objective(s) Methodology Innovation Impact / Benefits Conclusion
The presentation should effectively communicate the innovation, highlighting its significance, implementation process, and potential impact.
Ensure that both the audio and video are of good quality, with clear narration and readable visuals.
Participants are required to submit the link of the video presentation.

Extended Abstract must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx only).
Extended abstracts will be included in the event's e‑proceedings publication.
